FBLA stands for Future Business Leaders of America. It is a professional student organization. The purpose of this organization is to promote competent, aggressive business leaders, to ensure students understand the business enterprise, establish career goals, encourage scholarship, promote sound financial management, develop character, confidence and facilitate a smooth transition from school to work.
