Welcome to 3rd Grade at Roger B. Chaffee Elementary! Some things that students will learn this school year are: Multiplication, Division, Cursive handwriting, Reading Fluency, Spelling Patterns, and many more topics.
This is my seventh year with Huntsville City Schools and fifth year at Chaffee. This is my fifth year in 3rd grade. Let's go Eagles!
My husband and I are from West Virginia, so we are Mountaineer and Herd fans. We have been here for 11 years. My husband served in the Army for 8 years and did 3 deployments. We are happy that we have been able to settle down here. I never thought I would live here in "Roll Tide" country.
Outside of the classroom you might see me with my husband and three children. I have 2 kids in High School and 1 in College. We also have two fur babies. One is a Pomeranian and the other a chocolate lab. Our family enjoys family game night, movie night, music, and traveling. It is also fun to try new restaurants that have came to the area.
