Salutations! Although I have spent most of my adult life away from Huntsville, I am proud to say that I am a native of Huntsville. I currently teach Health Science Foundations, Therapeutics, and Internship grades 10, 11, and 12.
Nursing is my first love, however, I am enthusiastic about my new journey into teaching future health care professionals. In health care, teaching is a significant part of what I do for my patients, helping them reach optimal health so my approach to teaching students will be similar, but in education. I am hopeful that I can become a great asset to the Columbia team and help create a program of which Columbia can be proud.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my parents, husband, and bonus-children. I also enjoy traveling, listening to all kinds music, and attending the opera and the ballet
