Bio

The 2020-21 school year will mark the beginning of my 6th year of teaching. My how time flies, except during a pandemic. :-) While I am not a Huntsville native, I have quickly claimed the bustling city and glorious mountains as my home. Previously, I lived in the small town of Montevallo, Alabama for approximately 9 years. I received my B.S. for Speech Language Pathology from the University of Montevallo as well as my M.Ed. while living there. This is my 4th year teaching 6th grade, which is pretty exciting. My 6th grade colleagues are amazing and I look forward to another great year collaborating with them as well as teaching a new amazing group of students.
