Cheerleading Tryouts Round 2

Tryouts consists of:

Cheer, Chant, Band Dance, and Jumps

All dates are mandatory

Must have the following forms:

• Current Physical
• AHSAA Concussion Info Form
• Participant Agreement/Consent/Release/Venue Form
• 3 Teacher Recommendation Forms

Note: If you participated in tryouts during Round 1, you may not tryout again until next season
