Hi Grissom,
My name is Cindy Rodgers, and I have been teaching at Grissom High School since 1994. I am a huge Grissom fan and have spent more than half my life here! I graduated from Grissom in the 80's, worked as an engineer for a short time, but wanted to teach more than anything! I went back for a master's degree in math education to follow that dream.
This year, I teach Honors Precalculus, AP BC Calculus, and Math Seminar I, II, and III. I serve as the sponsor for Grissom’s chapter of Mu Alpha Theta math honor society, and coach Grissom's nationally recognized math team.
My classes have each created a community through GroupMe where we work together to answer each other's questions. I am happy to answer any questions my students ask, it's a treat to do math problems with you!
