Hawk News from The Principal 5/22

We made it! Thank you so much for volunteering and supporting our school! We've had an absolutely fantastic year! 

Please make sure your student is registered for the 23-24 school year. Don't forget to upload the documents required. If your student will be attending HCMS, you should have received a code from them.

Report cards, K-3 DIBELS reports, and iReady Family Reports will go home with students on Wednesday, May 24th. We cannot send this information home early. If your student is not planning on attending this day, please let your teacher know and we will mail them to you.

The last day of the 22-23 school year is Wednesday, May 24th! We will dismiss at 11:30. The office/school will be closed from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm! HCES faculty and staff will not be available during this time. AlphaBest will not operate on this day.

Registration for the 2023-2024 school year is open! Please remember that students will not be placed in a class until the student is fully registered for the 23-24 school year. We plan to send cards as we have done before. You don't want to be the only one who does not receive a placement card when they go out in JULY!!!

Please continue to inform us if your student tests positive for COVID.
