- Thank you to our 2022-2-23 PTA Board and PTA Volunteers. We are grateful for the time and devotion you gave to HCMS this year. Without you there are so many special events we would struggle to host and resources we would have to do without instructionally. Thank you!
Our new board consists of: President - Dana Osbourn; 1st VP Academics - Sara Cothren; 2nd VP Hospitality - Karen Woodington ; 3rd VP Membership - Jonie Letterle; 4th VP Community Outreach - Tamitha Dollman; Secretary - Kerry Russell; Treasurer - Jackie Whitt - Please stop by the Nurse's Clinic to pick up your child's medication prior to 2:00 p.m. on May 25, 2023! Contact Nurse Brown with any questions.

This week we will host an award ceremony for each grade level. We are making every effort to notify students receiving awards and/or being recognized in the ceremonies and their parents so they may make plans to attend if possible. If you want to check specifically on whether or not your child is receiving an award, please contact Ms. Buchanan at 256-428-8380 or suzanne.buchanan@hsv-k12.org.
May 22, we will have our 6th Grade Award Ceremony at 10:30 and 7th Grade Award Ceremony at 1:45.
May 23 our 8th Grade Award and Promotion Ceremony will start at 8:30.
