Bully Form

Welcome to Huntsville High School, the Home of the Panthers!  We are excited to welcome our military families through the Alabama Purple Star School program.  The Purple Star School program established by Legislature with the passage of Act 2021-7, recognizes the efforts of the K-12 schools in the state that are committed and supportive of military students, and their families, as they transition to their new homes and schools. The Purple Star School program was designed to help mitigate the challenges of high mobility by setting standards for and publicly designating military-friendly schools. This award recognizes schools that show a major commitment to military-connected students and families.

S2S (Student-to-Student) Program

The S2S program at Huntsville High helps bring military and civilian family students together in ways that help new students transition into our school by  promoting a positive school environment, encouraging and supporting students for academic excellence, and make new students feel like they are welcome at our school.  Our S2S sponsors are Tina Jones,  who teaches social sciences and coaches the cheerleading squad, and Hannah Wylie, who teaches English and sponsors the school's newspaper.

The S2S students meet on every A day during 2nd block.

If you need assistance, contact one of the sponsors or find a student wearing the S2S t-shirt and they will point you in the right direction.
