Bio

I am pleased to be part of the NCTHS faculty and have the opportunity to share my fascination with all things science. My family and I have lived in Huntsville for 13 years; my husband is a professor of English at UAH and we have 2 teenage daughters who are the absolute joy of my life. I like to spend my free time outdoors hiking, biking, and walking our dog. I also enjoy cooking, reading, and traveling to experience new places, cultures, and people. I believe the best type of learning is based in curiosity and questioning then discovering through experience.
