Bio
Hi! I teach 7th grade English and Reading as well as one of the creative writing electives offered here at AAA. I believe creative writing is essential to student growth in forming their own unique writing style and voice. When I am not teaching, writing, or reading, I love to sing, dance, and act. I was a very committed theatre kid growing up and am so excited to teach at a school that values the arts and integrates them so wonderfully into its education. I recently moved to Huntsville with my husband, John, who is from here. He has enjoyed showing me around, and we especially love going to different parks together. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention the bond my husband and I share over college football. War eagle!
