School Improvement
Each year, our faculty reflects on the previous school year in order to make changes to improve our students' educational experience at Challenger Elementary School. The result is the Alabama Continuous Improvement Plan, or ACIP. This plan provides our faculty and staff with specific academic goals and strategies to reach those goals. It also consists of stakeholder input, data from the previous year, and information about the school as a whole. The ACIP is a document that is revisited and revised annually to meet the needs of the current academic year. Click the link below to view this year's ACIP.
