I am originally from Athens, Alabama. I went to Auburn University for my undergraduate and graduate degree in education. I loved Auburn so much, that I stayed and taught there for two years before moving back to the Huntsville area. I am a Transition Specialist, graduating in the inaugural class of the Auburn Transition Specialist program. This is my tenth year teaching, and eighth year in Huntsville City Schools.
I live here in Huntsville with my husband Lance, my two dogs, and four cats. I love gardening and riding my motorcycle.
