STEM Club
HCMS STEM is a competitive science club participating in Future City, FTC Robotics, Greenpower F24 racing, Science Olympiad and Technology Student Association. We also host fun, non-competetive science outreach exhibits at school and community events. We work hard to offer something for every aspect of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math in our club!
Sponsors:
FTC, Future City, Greenpower, and TSA: Ms. Snider
Science Olympiad: Ms. Langseth
Robotics Technical Mentor: Dr. Michael Mitchell of Boeing
How to Join / Membership Requirements:
Students can join our club during our "Open House Season" each Fall (and students new to the school may apply to join any time). We accept casual members (Saturdays only); or we make room on competition teams for anyone who is a team player, who can commit to 10 meetings per month and two competitions or major events during the year.
