Library

Highlands Elementary Media Center is a learning space dedicated to the information and literature appreciation needs of our students and staff. Our collection consists of approximately 10,000 titles. Audio-visual items and magazines are also available. Students have access to Atriuum Search, our library search program; the Accelerated Reader program; and the Internet on networked computers. The Media Center operates on a flexible schedule for book checkout and a fixed schedule for cooperatively-planned curriculum-based information skills instruction and literature appreciation.
