I am COL (R) Diane P. Richie. I retired from the US Army with 28 years of service. I am the Senior Army Instructor for the Lee/New Century Technology HS AJROTC program and I also serve as the school's Military Family Liaison. I am married and my husband is on Active Duty and will retire from the US Army in October 2016 with 30 years of service. I have two children, Jessica and Brandon, and two grandsons, Jayden and Jeremiah. I was born in Germany however, transplanted and raised in Detroit, MI. With 28 years in the Army, I have had too many jobs to mention. I started at Lee in January 2014 and this my first school since I retired from the Army. In my spare time I love hanging out with my grandsons and doing DIY projects around the house. As an JROTC Instructor, my greatest enjoyment is when the students/cadets "get it".
