Cyndee Jenkins

Bio

I was born and raised in Southern California and lived there most of my life before moving to Huntsville about 7 years ago. I live in this beautiful city with my husband, daughter and 3 dogs. Before becoming a school counselor, I was an elementary school teacher for 23 years. When I am with the students my hope is to create an inclusive and safe culture where all students can thrive. This will allow me to provide a comprehensive program that teaches the students the skills, knowledge and attributes to be a productive member of school today and society in the future. Additionally, I am honored to be the Military Family Liaison, and run and support the Student 2 Student peer program at Martin Luther King Jr Elementary.
