Stephen Six

Bio

As an undergraduate, I attended Wheaton College (Illinois) where I studied music and international development. My primary instrument is the trombone. After graduating, I had the privilege of living and working with a Christian non-profit organization in Russia and Ukraine for multiple years. I am married to an amazing woman and have three energetic sons. I am a God-fearing man who loves his family, working with youth, hiking, playing basketball, and playing music. I founded a youth brass orchestra in Russia and started Valley Fellowship Christian Academy's band program. While teaching this year, I am also earning my Masters of Arts in Teaching Instrumental Music degree at UAH. I am excited to use my gifts and passions to continue a tradition of excellence at McNair Jr. High School.
