Biotechnology Club
The Biotechnology Club's mission is to expose students to the exciting world of biotechnology so they may have a strong foundation in research and biomedical careers.

How to Join / Membership Requirements:
A student can join by putting their name on the sign up sheet at the Club Fair or by contacting the sponsor
Other Info:
Our plans for the upcoming year are to plan and host a district-wide Biotechnology Competition in the spring, help students work on their resumes for college applications and internships, help students find and apply for internships or jobs in the biotechnology/biomedical field, take a trip to visit the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and The Body Exhibit in Atlanta, GA in the spring, attend a HudsonAlpha Lunch Seminar in the fall, run the HudsonAlpha Double Helix Dash 5K in the spring to raise money for rare and undiagnosed genetic disorders, and listen to guest speakers present about biotechnology careers.
