School Improvement
Each year, our faculty reflects on the previous school year in order to make changes to improve our students' educational experience at Rolling Hills Elementary. The result is the Alabama Continuous Improvement Plan, or ACIP, and the Parent and Family Engagement Plan. The ACIP provides our faculty and staff with specific academic goals to aim for, and strategies to use to reach said goals. It also consists of stakeholder input, data from the previous year, and information about the school as a whole. The Parent and Family Engagement Plan is created using the annual parent survey results. Our school uses the results to create this plan to ensure our parents are informed and have numerous opportunities to be involved in our school and their student's education. Both the ACIP and the Parent and Family Engagement Plan are documents that are revisited each year and revised to meet the needs of the current academic year. Click the links below to view this year's ACIP and Parent and Family Engagement Plan.
