Bio

Welcome to English! My name is Kayla Chandler, and I am a first year English teacher! I am originally from Sardis, Alabama, and I am thrilled about moving to Huntsville! I love to read, and I especially love to read books and short stories by Stephen King because he is my favorite author! I also like to hike, swim, and craft! My hope this year is to help prepare my students for the real world by drawing an authentic connection to English Language Arts. I am looking forward to this school year, and I am excited to meet all of you!
