Williams Middle School mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment for student-athletes to have a positive and meaningful experience participating on a successful middle school athletic program. WMS basketball staff strives to encourage academic excellence, offer players the opportunity to learn the fundamental skills of basketball, compete at the highest level, as well as teach and develop character, teamwork, discipline, respect, and sportsmanship among each team member.

The following should be completed and on file prior to any student athlete participating in any conditioning or practice:1.) Student birth certificate
2.) Student Pre-Participation Physical Form. This must be signed by an M.D. or D.O.
3.) Student Concussion History Form. Must be signed by the student and the parent/guardian.
4.) Student Release Form
