Cheerleading
Cheerleaders aren’t just girls who clap, yell, and wear cute skirts. Cheerleading is an intense, high-energy sport that brings energy to games, school events, and competitions. Cheerleading requires students to be physically strong and energetic. Here at Challenger, cheerleaders are encouraged to be confident, disciplined, hard-working team players.
Don’t forget the fun! Challenger cheerleaders perform at football, volleyball, and basketball games, district and school events and are responsible for hyping up the crowd and lifting our teams’ spirit. In the future, Challenger cheerleaders hope to join teams from across the nation at national competitions

How to Join / Membership Requirements:
Tryouts are held in the spring for the following year. Students must have at least a C average and good citizenship. Students must have an athletic physical in order to try out.
