Bio
I was born in Joliet, Illinois. My father joined the Army so I was raised in numerous different places including Alabama, Maryland, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Georgia, Texas, and Italy. I am always grateful for the diverse opportunities and experiences I was able to be a part of and learn from. I have a wonderful husband, four beautiful children (two boys and two girls) and two grandchildren who are the light of my life. Teaching has been a very rewarding career and a big part of my life. I am grateful to be a part of the Dawson family and look forward to learning and growing together. My teaching and learning experiences will always hold a special place in my heart.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, cooking, SEC football, and spending time with friends and family - especially with my grandchildren - they are the BEST!!! I look forward to spending more quality time with all in the future.
