Heidi Barnes

Bio

I was born and raised in North Alabama. After I graduated from college, I moved to Washington State. Living in Washington granted me many opportunities for personal and professional growth. What really changed my life was when I got the opportunity to teach K-5th grade art in an after-school enrichment program. I have always loved being around young people, but then I realized that I also found joy in teaching. I honestly have to say that my favorite people in the world are my family, friends, and students.
